Weddings, graduation parties, High school reunions, corporate events, sweet sixteens, mitzvahs— Basically any time you gather a group of people together you have a good reason for a photo booth.

They require zero work on your part. 

Most packages range from two to five hour sessions. Set-up time should not cut into your rental time. A staff member is with the booth the whole time, making sure things run smoothly.

You can customize photos to match your theme.

You can find a booth that fits your needs. 

You have options! Most photo booth providers offer an open air, curtained booth that fits up to 10 people, or a standard enclosed booth that fits four to five (the good ones can fit 10). They also offer an inflatable photo booth that lights up if you’re feeling extra frisky. Find the booth that works best for your space and the number of guests you’re having—then get funky!

Checklist For a Stress Free Event

1+ Month in advance

Establish your budget
Select your designer, planner and vendors
Create your guest list
Choose a date and time
Choose theme and color scheme
Book venue and entertainment
Decide on cake design
Purchase invitations (make sure to note special instructions i.e. dress to theme, it’s a surprise, etc.)

2-4 Weeks in advance
Mail invitations
Plan menu
Make Grocery List (if you aren't hiring a caterer) 
Order Your Cake (if you aren't making one)
Purchase Party and Cake Decor Supplies
Inventory Your Serving Dishes

1-2 Weeks in advance
Order balloons / Select part music
Confirm and update your venue, entertainment, and rentals with any new information
Birthday candles Purchase party favors and prizes
Confirm head count; call all those who have not R.S.V.P.’d
Clean house so that the day before only spot cleaning will be needed.

2-4 Days prior
Stuff and label goodie bags / Purchase last minute items (Grocery Shopping for perishables)
Make room in fridge for party food
Clean up outside areas being used for party / Tidy up areas of the house that need it

1 Day before

Bake and/or decorate cake/Pick up ordered cake
Wrap presents
Get games and activities in order
Pick up rentals/receive pre-arranged delivery of rentals
Prepare any final entrees

Party Day
Contact Planner to ensure the day's schedule 
If you are managing the party yourself:
Pick up balloons (Delivered 1 hr. prior)
Pick up ice and other perishable goods
Prepare remaining food
Final tidy up

1-2 Days after
Review and edit photos/videos of the party
Write thank you notes and include a picture of the big day
Return rental items (Or have stacked/ready for pick up as pre-arranged)

Events take careful planning and execution to run smoothly. Depending on the type of event, there may be more things that you'll want to add, but this list will lay the foundation for successfully planning your upcoming events!
